All our homes come standard with a frame assembled from quality Australian steel, that is engineered to exacting Australian standards. Zero flammability; no termites; no chemicals; no movement; no twisting, warping or splitting; no noise and exceptionally strong — in these frames you know you are getting the best. Some of the features of our premium framing system include:
• Frames manufactured in long lengths and pre-braced, making them straight, true and ready to stand.
• Fully assembled trusses with comprehensive instructions, the most ‘owner/builder’ friendly system on the market.
• Frames pre-punched for electrical and plumbing.
• Trusses fabricated to span 14m without internal load bearing walls, and spaced at no wider than 1.2m centres, and a full steel verandah system - no warping or twisting here!

Our packages can be ordered to lock-up, full kit, or anywhere in between. You can change specifications to provide the level of inclusions that suits your lifestyle and budget. We have our own service consultants to help you every step of the way, making your building experience simple and enjoyable. We have a dedicated team who are there to help you with any facet of building your home, ensuring absolute ease of construction and satisfaction.
We supply a full set of architectural plans, elevations, sections and 3-D views. Also included is a thermal assessment where required.
