Custom design home built to take advantage of the veiws overlooking Inverell. Built on piers to gain that extra height with a bagged and painted exterior. Internally the polished Blackbut flooring throughout the living areas is a feature with french doors opening on to a north facing deck.
Built as a display home in Tamworth using bricks from the Namoi Valley range. This plan was chosen to take advantage of solar passive principles on a difficult corner site. Built on a steel flooring system to assist with drainage on a site with potential for inundation after heavy rain. The home features 8' 6" ceilings and large open living areas.
Completed in 2008 this simple home provided a lovely solution for a growing family.
This plan comes from an older range of plans that have since been updated into the new "Glenhaven". With north to the rear of the home, the living areas are gathered in that area to maximise the sun in winter.

Built for clients from Mauritius, this home has been customised form the the old "Settler" plan. Clad in Colorbond on a slab.
The "Riverina" design has been modified by the client to allow extra room in the home within the consines of the site. Cool verandahs surround three sides of the home. Spacious living areas are tastefully decorated. Glass bricks have been used as a feature in the spacious ensuite.

Built in 2010 as a workers Cottage for Paraway Pastoral on Burindi Station, Barraba. Custom designed by client from the "Riverina" Plan.
Custom designed by local Inverell Draftsman, Peter Eddy, this building features Timbercrete blocks. Situated on the Gwydir Highway in Warialda, this building has become a tourist icon.
This plan has been modified from the popular "Cremorne" design. Using bricks from Namoi Valley Bricks in Gunnedah.
